Chief Executive Officer

Our staff team is led by Chief Executive, Jonathan Grant, who oversees the day-to-day running of Williamsburgh Housing Association. Supporting him are four Heads of Service, each responsible for leading specialist teams that help deliver services, support communities and ensure the organisation operates effectively.

  • Housing & Communities Team

Our Housing Team works with tenants to provide support throughout their tenancy. From helping new tenants settle into their home to providing advice on neighbourhood issues, rent accounts and tenancy matters, the team is here to help people sustain successful tenancies and thrive in their communities.
  • Property Services

Our Property Services Team is responsible for maintaining and improving our homes and neighbourhoods. The team manages repairs, planned maintenance, compliance and investment programmes, helping to ensure our properties remain safe, well maintained and fit for the future.
  • Customer Service Team

Our Customer Services Team is here to help. As the first point of contact for many customers, the team provides advice, answers enquiries and connects people with the right services, ensuring everyone receives a welcoming, responsive and helpful service.
  • Finance and IT Team

Our Finance & IT Team works behind the scenes to keep Williamsburgh running smoothly. From managing finances and rent accounts to maintaining the technology and systems our staff use every day, the team helps ensure we can continue delivering excellent services to tenants and communities.
  • Culture and Assurance Team

Our Culture & Assurance Team helps support the people, systems and processes that keep Williamsburgh running effectively. The team leads on communications, governance, people and culture, compliance and organisational improvement, helping us deliver high-quality services for our tenants and communities.
  • Factoring Services Team

Our Factoring Team supports owners and factored residents by managing communal repairs, maintenance and shared services. The team provides advice and assistance on all aspects of factoring and works to ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard.

Williamsburgh employs around 50 full and part-time staff who work together to deliver a wide range of services to tenants, homeowners and people looking for a home.
