About Us

Our Housing & Communities Team is here to support tenants, residents and owners across our communities. Led by Sharon Vernal, Head of Housing & Communities, and Louise McDonald, Housing Manager, the team provides a range of services, including housing management, financial wellbeing support, community engagement and factoring services.

Housing Team

providing advice on tenancy matters, neighbourhood issues, rent accounts and tenancy support.
Our Housing Officers work closely with tenants to provide support, carry out estate management, address anti-social behaviour and help sustain successful tenancies.

Financial Wellbeing Team

Our Financial Wellbeing Team provides free and confidential advice to help tenants maximise their income, access benefits and manage their household finances.

Community Engagement

Our Community Engagement Team works with tenants and residents to encourage involvement, gather feedback and support community activities that help make our neighbourhoods a great places to live.
