How do I pay my service charge?
The service charge forms part of your total rent charge so you don’t need to make a separate payment - you can make a rent payment online.
Are service charges covered by housing benefit?
If you’re in receipt of benefits such as, housing benefit or Universal Credit, housing costs and certain service charges will be covered by them. If you need more information, please contact us.
