From Monday 11 May 2026, the allpay app and allpay Internet Payments portal will no longer be available.
To avoid any disruption to your rent or other payments, you’ll need to move to the new allpayments system.
What do I need to do?
Getting set up is quick and easy:

- Or download the allpayments app from your phone’s app store
- You can sign in using your existing details, or set up a new account if you haven’t used allpayments before
