Supporting Tenants with a Bin Pull-Out Service
One of the most visible services the Estate Team provides is our complimentary bin pull-out service for common close areas. This ensures that residents who may struggle to move their bins — particularly older tenants or those with mobility issues — can still have their waste collected on time. It’s a small act that makes a huge difference in maintaining hygiene and preventing missed collections that could otherwise lead to issues like vermin or bad odours.
