Financial Wellbeing Team
We provide a service to support our tenants with their finances

Your Financial Wellbeing Team - Here to Support You

At Williamsburgh, we know how much financial pressures can impact everyday life. That's why our Financial Wellbeing Team is here to provide free, confidential, and person - centred support to help you feel more in control.

In the last year alone, we've helped tenants secure over 1 million in finanical gains. That's meant:

  • Rent arrears cleared ✔️
  • Fuel meters topped up ✔️
  • Food on the table ✔️
  • Peace of mind for hundreds of families 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

We're proud of these results - but we know there are still many tenants missing out on vital support.

Could We Help You?

You may benefit from speaking to us if you are:

  • A tenant who hasnt engaged with us in the past 12 months
  • Receiving partial Housing Benefit or Universal Credit (you may qualify for Discretionary Housing Payment)
  • Unsure what to do after receiving a UC Managed Migration notice
  • A pensioner with health conditions not claiming Pension Credit (which could mean missing out on the Winter Fuel Payment)
  • In work but still struggling with the rising cost of living
  • A family with children who may be eligible for extra support
  • Struggling to manage energy costs

We regularly uncover thousands of pounds in unclaimed benefits for tenants—life-changing support that can ease stress and create stability.
