We are delighted to report that construction work has started at our latest new build development at Cartha Crescent, Paisley.
The development of 33 new energy efficent family homes has made possible by working in partnership with Renfrewshire Council and a grant of £3.2 million from The Scottish Government’s Affordable Housing Supply Programme.
The Association’s contractor McTaggart Construction have established their site compound and are progressing with preparing the ground for the new homes. It is anticipated that the development will be completed in summer 2025. We are not taking applications for the new properties at this time but will provide updates via our website and social media channels as the site progresses.
