We have instructed the firm MAST Architects to carry out surveys on the external fabric of sandstone properties.
Surveys will include stonework, gutters, downpipes, and all elements of the fabric of the building. Surveys are being carried out at no charge to residents.
The surveys will help to inform future programmes of repair works required and to maintain the buildings in the future. MAST surveyors will carry identification however please contact our office on Tel: 0141 887 8613 to speak to the Property Services Team with any questions you may have. Surveys will begin on the 5th June with the programme running for an estimated 4 month period.
