At Williamsburgh we have arranged a block buildings insurance policy.
The building insurance policy period runs from 28th April 2023 – 27th April 2024. This will be billed to owners in their factoring account quarterly. If you fail to pay the building insurance premium, you will be unable to make a claim on your building insurance.
