Development Team

The Development team deal with the comprehensive improvement of exisitng properties and constructing new homes.

Our staff also provide development services to other local housing associations. 

In addition, we have a staff member who is responsible for delivering our Community Regeneration Strategy.  This strategy promotes initiatives which maximise the social, economic and enivronmental benefits to be enjoyed by our neighbourhoods
