Full Time - 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Grade 4 - £31,519 - £35,993

Williamsburgh are seeking to recruit an Estates and Development Assistant.

Working within the Development Team and reporting to the Development Manager, the key duties include supervising the work of our Estates Team, managing our landscape maintenance contract and assisting with delivery of the Association’s ongoing new build development programme.

Maintenance Assistant - Technical

Full Time - 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Grade 4 - £31,519 - £35,993

Williamsburgh are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant (Technical) to join our existing Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will have relevant repairs and maintenance experience, working in a customer front-line environment. They should possess first class communication skills, liaising with customers and contractors and be computer literate.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be a car owner with full driving licence. Experience of QL housing software would be an advantage.
