Make a Payment 

During this challenging time of the Coronavirus Pandemic, we would prefer that you make any payment online, by phone or direct debit.

Listed below are our methods of payment for rent and factoring service. Direct debit is our preferred method as this is set to be taken from your bank on a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly basis.

Please contact us by email on to set up a Direct Debit.  

Allpay Logo

To make a payment via the internet, click here and you will be directed to the Allpay website where you can make a payment to your account.

You will need your Allpay card to use this facility.

By clicking on this link - Allpay App.- you can download the Allpay App.  The App securely stores your bank details and payment amounts, allowing you to pay anytime and anywhere.

Post Office Logo

Pay at your Local Post Office with your Allpay card.  Click on the icon to find your nearest branch.

Pay at a Paypoint location with your Allpay Card. Click on the icon to find your nearest store.

Telephone Handset

Pay by telephone, using Interactive Voice Response - IVR.  By calling 0844 557 8321, you can pay by debit or credit card, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Paying Your Rent

Your rent is due monthly in advance, on or before the 28th day.

Every tenant who accepts a tenancy with WHA is required to pay their first month’s rent, in advance, on the date that they sign for the tenancy. 

If you are awaiting the award of Housing Benefit or Universal Credit and are unable to pay your rent in full,  you are required to make a minimum payment of £10 on the rent due date and weekly thereafter, until such times as your Housing Benefit or Universal Credit claim has been settled.

Paying Your Factoring Invoice

There are several options available, to make the payment of your quarterly factoring invoice as convenient and easy as possible.

We would strongly recommend that you set up a Direct Debit.  Payments can be made directly on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

A 5% discount will be applied to the management fee of owners who pay by direct debit.

Allpay Payment Cards

Allpay payment cards are provided to tenants and owners for this method of payment.

If you do not have an Allpay card, or have lost your card, please contact the office to request a replacement.
